Adding Texture - Fitted Bedroom Furniture

On this occasion, our customer had almost given up on finding the effect she was looking for until she was recommended to us at Custom Creations by her friend. Her room was very square and she wanted a unique textured finish to her fitted furniture in Bournemouth to soften the overall look.
James’ first challenge was to create a design to incorporate a small workplace in an alcove, but for the outward appearance of the entrance of this space to blend in with the other fitted wardrobes he was designing. The customer wanted a simple and clean look, but as all the fitted bedroom furniture was matt white, she also wanted the design to create a wow factor.
After designing the layout of the bedroom, the bespoke wardrobes and matching bespoke bedside tables, James, Simon and Jo discussed the best design to add the required softness to the furniture. All agreed the best design would be something like the wave design that was already part of their range. They discussed the best type of handle-less design that would go with this. They eventually concluded that the Crystal Diamond Design handle would be the perfect solution as this carried on the soft curved effect and would really create the wow factor the customer was looking for.
James also incorporated some inset mirror doors to the hinged wardrobe to add the illusion of the room opening out. This softened the squareness of the room, and by keeping the soft furnishings light and airy, the customer added to the overall stylish look of the room.
She was so delighted at the end result, which she felt gave her the unique look she was after and perfectly added the texture she was looking for to soften the room. She was overwhelmed that James had managed to incorporate the entrance doors to the workspace into the design as well and had created a unique combination of designs for her.
