Every project we take on starts with a free, no-obligation home design visit. One of our family team comes to your home, measures the room properly, listens to what you need, and produces a written fixed-price quote within five working days — with no pressure to proceed and no countdown discounts.

What happens after you get in touch
We'll take down the basics of your project — which room, roughly what you have in mind, and a convenient time for us to visit. Then:
- One of our family team visits your home to measure up and talk through layouts, finishes and options.
- We leave you with finish samples to keep and look at in your own lighting.
- You receive a written, fixed-price quote within five working days.
- Once you're happy to proceed, a 20% deposit secures your fitting date. The balance is due on completion.
