We completely understand this concern, which is why we have invested in the unique Festool vacuum system, which attaches to all the tools used in the installation of your storage, making sure the dust goes into the vacuum rather than the air, dramatically cutting down on floating dust. At the end of your installation, our fitters completely vacuum your room and clean down the surfaces, so that the minimal amount of dust that naturally settles over the next 24 hours can be easily wiped away with a cloth.
We really are a family run Company and will not contract out any of our work. We value your custom and therefore treat your home as we would our own. You can be assured that your home is respected at all times and if you would like us to, we will collect your house key from you prior to your installation or delivery so that we can let ourselves in and out to carry out your installation, and either leave the key in a secure place or return it to you personally when your installation is completed.
You can change or amend any part of your order up to 14 days prior to installation / delivery. We are always at the end of a phone or email and are happy to discuss any queries or changes with you. We want you to be delighted with your furniture, and will work closely with you from design to installation to make sure it is just what you wanted. We would love to welcome you to our showroom to discuss any aspects of your storage and you can also see it being made by our team of experienced carpenters.
